We are seeking an AGS Customization Support Engineer will work as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing company.  While the role is truly one of an individual contributor, a high degree of interaction and teamwork is required to be effective in the role.  The qualified candidate will possess excellent technical, teamwork, leadership and communication skills, and have experience of outsourcing and distributed teams.  Team members in this role will work both with clients and the Customer Care team, with the expectation to exercise sound judgment within defined best practices, and to always engage a client with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities
1. Take ownership of technical support issues that relate to custom code implementations at customer sites and drive them to resolution.
2. Review completed custom implementations to provide quality assurance to the Customer Care team and to facilitate knowledge transfer.
3. Develop deep product knowledge, with the ability to effectively communicate both technical and functional concepts to non-technical users.
4. Build strong relationships with customers and work to ensure their success and satisfaction.
5. Contribute to the development of the Customization Support Group.
6. Set delivery expectations, and deliver solutions to a high level of quality.
7. When requested, deliver both technical and functional training.
8. Provide technical assistance in terms of additional application customization, integration support, system administration and database administration.

 

Minimum Requirements
• A minimum of a BS in Computer Science or related  discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in .NET/C# or other high level programming language
• Proven experience with SQL and/or Oracle, and relational database concepts
• Proven experience debugging and troubleshooting software-related issues
• Experience with HTML/XML and Java Script
• Experience with system integration
• Previous experience with customer service facing roles and responsibilities
• Excellent communication and professional skills
• A strong desire to see customers using Aprimo Marketing succeed in solving their business problems
• A positive attitude and desire to make an impact on an organization
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a small team environment
• Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities
