euroLight consists of a new and exciting sustainable lighting exhibtion area that is being launched within the euroLED 2008 exhibition. It will also consist of a a set of workshops on 4th June 2008. euroLED 2008 is an annual and global solid-state lighting conference and exhibition, which has been established as Europe’s premier event dedicated to solid-state lighting.

euroLight is being launched on behalf of the lighting industry to address the issues of low carbon and sustainable lighting. The exhibition will enable participants to experience the latest innovative lighting products and is specifically targeted toward the architectural, retail and commercial lighting industry.

euroLight will have a strong focus on the definition of sustainable and low carbon lighting applications, the future of lighting technologies, how carbon footprints should be calculated and a raft of real-life examples incorporating good design and practice.
