| | Head of Commercial, HSBC Bank Wallace is Head of Commercial at HSBC Bank in Birmingham. He has responsibility for a team of 12 managers dealing with clients in the SME sector, ranging in size from turnover levels of £500,000 to £25m. Wallace has a very broad experience within commercial banking having worked for HSBC Bank for 21 years in a variety of roles. |  Patrick Palmer
| | Head of Access to Finance, Advantage West Midlands Patrick is Head of Access to Finance at Advantage West Midlands. He has responsibility within AWM for identifying barriers businesses meet in seeking finance and developing initiatives to address these.
