Faraday Wharf

Faraday Wharf was officially opened in November 2001 by the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry Patricia Hewitt.

Faraday Wharf is Aston Science Park’s second incubation unit, a purpose-built £9m flagship incubation unit offering 50,000 sq ft of fully serviced accommodation.

IBIC

Part funded by the European Regional Development Fund through Advantage West Midlands, the iBIC provides 20,000 sq ft of serviced incubator space including reception, five meeting rooms, post-room and refreshment facilities, with networked telephony and high speed broadband internet access available to tenants.

New ICT tenants within the iBIC are offered one year’s free membership of iCentrum, a regional ICT project, when they join the Science Park.
