Birmingham based CRM solutions developer, Achiever Software is looking for an Internal Business Development Executive. This new role has been created to enhance the company’s lead generation function. Office-based, your role will be to nurture business relationships and understand the precise needs of each prospect. You will have a good understanding of business practice and current technologies, and will use this to generate quality leads for the sales team. With a keen eye for identifying business opportunities, you will understand the versatility of Achiever’s products and customer base, and apply this when looking for new business opportunities in press and on-line media. The majority of the role will comprise of following up leads and responding to PQQ’s and tenders, however there will be some cold calling involved. Your focus will be to build a healthy sales pipeline of high quality prospects. | | You will be highly motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude and will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as being a team player. Experience in lead management and/or direct sales is essential.
Experience of building and maintaining client relationships both face to face and via the telephone.
