Achiever Software enables award winning customers

Achiever Software, Aston Science Park based CRM solution provider is helping its customers become award winners in customer service.    

Within 18 months of implementing a customised shared service centre system by Achiever in 2005, Surrey County Council was voted Best New Shared Service Organisation in Europe.  Building on this partnership, Achiever implemented a call logging system for Surrey’s Contact Centre in 2006. 

The Contact Centre is now set to match the success of the Shared Service Centre as it has been recently short listed for the Best Centre for Customer Service at the 2007 CCF European Call Centre Awards.  Despite stiff competition from Tesco, Barclays and EDF Energy, Surrey and Achiever are looking forward to a good result at the Award Ceremony.

Achiever continues to strengthen its reputation in shared services with a recent contract win with the Medical Research Council.
