ASP Cricket Day a Great Success

June 19, 2006

In glorious summer sunshine, Aston Science Park continued the tradition of its annual sponsored cricket match at Tamworth Cricket Club, when the host club entertained Bridgnorth in a Birmingham League fixture.

Science Park chief executive Derek Harris, who is also a vice-president of Tamworth Cricket Club, welcomed guests to the event, which ended in a victory for the home side by 79 runs.
