Midlands Property Professionals

The cream of the Midlands property professionals come together to race to a new start for Aston Science Park.

The Midland’s leading science park development, Aston Science Park, recently hosted a ‘Property Agents Briefing’ for over 40 Midlands based property professionals.

Hosted by Philip Lines, Director of Finance at Aston Science Park, the event was organised to raise awareness of what Aston Science Park has to offer, with its wide range of accommodation options from fully serviced incubation units for start-up companies to individual premises where more established companies can enjoy the kudos associated with the prestigious business location.

Guests were treated to a tour of the 22 acre site in the heart of Birmingham and were able to enjoy an indoor BBQ along with the entertainment of England’s largest Scalextric set.  The winner of the ASP Grand Prix, Adrian Griffith of GVA Grimley, took home a trophy and a bottle of champagne to celebrate.

Stephen Manners, Director of Property and Development at Aston Science Park commented on the day, “It was great to see so many of Birmingham’s top office agents supporting our event to make Aston Science Park a key destination”
