| Mediascope's "Meet the Media" Evening |
![]() Aston Science Park strengthened its links with Midland journalists when tenant company Mediascope co-sponsored Birmingham Press Club’s “Meet the Media” evening, held at the Radisson SAS hotel, Birmingham. The event, which presented an opportunity for representatives of Birmingham’s business community to meet with local journalists, newspaper and magazine editors, and TV and radio celebrities such as ITV Central’s Bob Warman and Heart FM presenter Ed James, was attended by more than 130 guests. Mediascope made headlines of its own last month when it played a significant part in Team Birmingham’s presence at MIPIM, the world’s largest commercial property and investment show, which is held annually in Cannes. The multimedia marketing and design agency produced a four-minute long, eye-catching video of Birmingham, designed and built a dedicated website, created an interactive ‘touchscreen’ presentation and produced a 44-page colour brochure detailing Birmingham’s vision of the future.
