Sandford to offer Technology Partnerships to Birmingham businesses

19/01/2007

Sandford Technology, one of Yorkshire’s leading IT providers, has chosen to expand its services to the West Midlands by opening an office in Birmingham. The company which specialises in software development, web solutions and online security, has grown rapidly this year, since its acquisition of award-winning website business Leap Frog in April. Sandford’s success is based on creating ‘technology partnerships’ with clients, integrating all aspects of their IT needs.

The company’s new office will be based at Faraday Wharf, part of Aston Science Park.

Ian Weatherhogg, Technical Director of Sandford Technology, said: “We have developed an excellent reputation for delivering a complete IT service, not only in Yorkshire but nationally and overseas. As a rapidly expanding regional economy, we see Birmingham as the ideal location to extend our ‘technology partnership’ approach, helping growing and established businesses to develop, design and protect the backbone of their business – their software, e-mail and internet systems.”

Sandford is a technology partner to high-quality, growing companies, offering a complete range of consultancy, website and product-based IT services. The company works with clients across the UK. Sandford now employs 14 members of staff at its headquarters near Leeds.
