Priestley Wharf

Priestley Wharf is an elevated site at the core of the Science Park, served from Holt Street and with premises grouped around a courtyard on a raised podium slab over a substantial secure basement car park. Dedicated parking for Priestley Wharf occupiers is at both podium and basement level, with ramped vehicle access to the car park located alongside the Park's Security Control Centre with swipe card controlled access in to premises at basement level.

Priestley Wharf overlooks the Digbeth Branch Canal, providing a rare turning point to craft on a busy leisure waterway, with landscaped mooring facilities. Individual units within buildings are served by canopied feature entrances and an eight person lift, with toilet and disabled toilet facilities on alternate floors in service cores.
