Licences / Leases
We operate licences in the iBIC and Faraday Wharf centres and longer term traditional leases in the larger units. Licences start at six months duration with a rolling calendar month notice period after the completion of the first quarter, although shorter period will be considered case by case. Larger unit leases will typically start from 3 years negotiable.
Security
The Park is monitored via a CCTV system from the central security office manned 24/7. The site is covered by regular foot patrols and the buildings further secured by perimeter sensors and alarms. All the units offer ample car parking facilities, supplemented by additional secure surface and basement parking available to permit holders.
